Refund Policy

 

1. No Refunds on all Products:

• Due to the nature of our products (handmade and customized), we cannot offer refunds once the order is processed and shipped.

 

2. Cancellations Before Shipping Cost Agreement:

• If the shipping cost quotation exceeds your expectations, you are entitled to cancel your order before agreeing to the shipping cost.

• In such cases, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., payment processor fees, platform fees).

• If in case of no-reply by the buyer within 2 weeks of intimation of shipping costs, the order will stand cancelled and no refund will be offered.

 

3. No Refunds Post Agreement:

• Once you have agreed to the shipping costs and made the payment for the same, no further refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

 

4. Refund Processing Time:

• If a refund is applicable (under the cancellation policy), it will be processed within 5-7 working days.

• Please note that payment processor fees may apply to some refunds, which will not be reimbursed.
