  • All items sold on Art Journey with Muriel are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and customized.

  • Each product is carefully crafted, and while we aim to depict them as accurately as possible, please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.

3. Ordering Process:

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not imply that the order has been shipped or processed.

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping costs are not quoted upfront, as they depend on the item’s packaging and shipping destination.

  • The shipping cost will be quoted after the item is packaged, and an insured shipping quote is obtained from a reliable shipper.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for shipping costs, which must be paid before shipping the item.

  • The minimum delivery timeline is 7 working days, and the maximum delivery timeline is 4 weeks.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Since our products are customized and one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer refunds once the order is processed and shipped.

  • If the shipping cost quotation is higher than expected, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund, except for any non-refundable payment processor fees and platform fees, if applicable.

  • No refunds will be issued once the shipping costs have been agreed upon and payment has been made.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • All artwork and content on the website, including but not limited to images, designs, and logos, are the property of Art Journey with Muriel and are protected by copyright laws.
